Energy Medicine Alchemy Session

Your initial session involves a comprehensive and individualized discussion about your health, current concerns and personal goals of our session. I explain what an energy medicine session is like using Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine protocols and other possible energy alchemy tools. When working together in person, I’ll be both on the body physically touching and off the body in the auric or biofield.
At all times you will be fully clothed, sometimes sitting, standing or lying on a massage table. If appropriate, I might also use sound, breathwork, movement, essential oils, crystals or tuning forks to enhance and support your experience. Always energy testing first to see what your body resonates with at this time.
After the session we will discuss how you’re feeling, and any energetic shifts or awarenesses that occurred. I’ll suggest simple self-care techniques to do at home to support and embody the work we did together.
